Another day, another update on the increasingly tumultuous relationship between Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley.
Due to production lag time, what we see on reality shows is often quite different from what’s currently going on in the real world, but because Ron and Jen keep making the same mistakes over and over again, episodes of Jersey Shore show the couple engaging in the same destructive behaviors they’re currently repeating.
On the show, Ron and Jen get drunk and treat other horribly several months ago, and they’re still doing the exact same sh-t now.
Just last week, Ronnie posted a photo of a black eye and other injuries he had apparently sustained in a fight with Harley.
It was widely assumed that the bruising was the result of an incident in which cops were called to Magro’s home in response to a fight he and Jen were having over custody of their daughter.
But according to TMZ, Ronnie actually sustained the bruise during a different fight that happened on October 5.
On that occasion, she reportedly pummeled him in the face with a phone, causing the black eye and other injuries.
When cops arrived at Ronnie’s house last week, he told them of Jen’s long history of violent and abusive behavior.
They encouraged him to document such incidents, which he apparently took to mean “post pics of that black eye she gave you on Instagram.”
All of this comes on the heels of a number of other incidents, including one in which Jen dragged Ronnie with her car, leaving him with injuries that required hospitalization.
But surely, after two violent incidents in less than a month, Ronnie and Jen must have finally realized they’re not right for each other and gone their separate ways, right?
Ha! That’s a good one!
Yes, that’s Magro and Harley partying with friends in Miami just days after the cops were called to Magro’s Vegas home.
We didn’t think it was possible, but somehow, this dude is making his relationship with Sammi Sweetheart look healthy by comparison.
You’re not supposed to look less mature on the new episodes of Shore, Ron!
You’re spiraling, bro!
