Kylie Jenner took a break from making Travis Scott’s album #1 to remind the world of why she’s such an epic influencer — with videos of her body.
Taking to Snapchat, Kylie gave fans a few glimpses of her post-baby body and declared that her abs are making a comeback.
Kylie does acknowledge that, in some ways, her body has been transformed forever. Take a look:
In the video that we’ve included, we’ve strung together a few of the brief glimpses of Kylie’s post-baby body.
As you can see, she’s wearing a white crop top that shows off her abs, which definitely deserve to be on display. It hasn’t even been seven months since she gave birth. (Almost, but not quite)
Kylie says “skinny me” or “skinny mini.”
More clearly and in writing, she says: “abs making a comeback!!!” Good for her.
In a Q&A with bestie Jordyn Woods, Kylie admits that she “bounced back super fast” after giving birth to precious baby Stormi Webster.
However, Kylie notes that her body is not the same as it was before.
“My boobs are definitely three times the size,” she says. “Which bothers me.”
Not everyone is a size queen about boobs, folks.
Kylie also adds that: “I have stretch marks on my boobs.”
Kylie has a series of notes about how her body has been transformed by the process of manufacturing and then ejecting a smaller human.
“My stomach isn’t the same,” Kylie lists. “My waist isn’t the same, my butt’s bigger, my thighs [are] bigger.”
And those are just the very normal visible changes. We wonder if she’s regained the calcium that was stripped from her bones to form baby Stormi’s skeleton.
Yes, her body has had a lot of changes, and some of them — like the changes to her pelvis and hips — are absolutely permanent.
“And honestly,” Kylie confesses. “I’m finding I have to change my style a little because nothing in my closet fits me from before.”
Kylie feels like she cheated by regaining her abs the way that she has.
“I feel like I have fake abs now,” Kylie admits. “It’s just like, genetics.”
Yep, that is more or less how it works. Genetics meets environment meets nutrition and exercise.
“But I want real abs,” Kylie reveals. “I know I can have a super fit body.”
“And just for my health — I want to do this,” Kylie adds. “I want to feel good.”
Post-baby bodies are complicated things.
Between Kylie’s youth — remember, she just turned 21, gave birth at 20, and was 19 for the first half of her pregnancy — and her genetics, she has a great shot at regaining her old figure.
Throw in the fact that she has virtually unlimited resources, allowing her to workout whenever and eat the exact right nutrition, and she can do this.
But some things aren’t likely to budge, because becoming a mom doesn’t just transform your whole life — giving birth transforms your whole body.
